Common questions
What personal data does this website collect?
Only what you type into a form, plus standard website analytics. The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email, optionally a phone number, and what you are trying to decide. The mystery shopper panel form asks for contact details, governorate, languages, availability and transport. Nothing else is collected from visitors.
Do you use cookies?
Yes, analytics cookies set by Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager, which record pages viewed and interactions such as clicking a WhatsApp or phone link. We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
Who else sees my data?
Our website host, our email provider, and Google Analytics. If your enquiry concerns work in the UAE or across the GCC, we may share it with our partner agencies SMRC or Conread in Dubai so they can help answer it. We do not sell data to anyone.
How long do you keep it?
Enquiries are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective commercial relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. Panel registrations are kept while you remain on the panel and removed on request.
What rights do I have?
Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Email abdulaziz@qgulfmarketing.com and we will respond.
Is research respondent data covered by this policy?
